Helios HR Human Resources Business Partner interview questions

Very long recruiting process. I had 5 interviews. 4 over the phone and 1 in person. 2 interviews by the recruiting coordinator, 1 interview by the Director, 1 interview by the CEO and 1 in-person interview by Team Leads. I had to write a 2-3 page bio for the in-person interview and there was another round after that where candidates are to prepare a presentation. Its ok to be thorough, but this is a little overboard. In the end after my 5th interview, my salary expectations did not align with theirs. I had told them my salary expectations from day 1. I was disappointed as I really believed the CEO's vision of having people on her team that are authentic, which was me from the 1st time I talked with HeliosHR.

I applied for the position online. Recruiter called me and scheduled a phone interview. Had another phone interview within a week, more behavioral. Was then asked to write a bio and invited for an interview in the office.
