This was one of the most involved job interview processes I've ever had: 2 phone interviews and 2 in person interviews! The main thing I would be wary of and why I did not accept their offer: They did not post the salary, but said it was negotiable over the phone and then when I found out how LOW the offer was for the Bay Area and tried to negotiate, they wouldn't budge at all. Hence, they should have put the salary on the ad and that it was not negotiable instead of wasting my time and theirs.
