I took part in a selection process for the Digital Account Executive role, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the German market. I found it really exciting how the company sees the potential in affiliates there and is investing in growth in that region. The interview was amazing! The recruiter was super friendly and clear, making the whole process feel more like a casual chat. At the same time, I left the conversation with lots of insights and even more motivation to join the team. I also loved the impression I got of the company. They seem to be very focused on innovation and building something meaningful. The entire process gave me the feeling that this is a dynamic place full of opportunities to grow and learn.
