Interview
1st round really nice, 2nd round really poor - panel turned up late and half were missing with no apology, the interviewer didn't try to make pleasantries or ask me any questions about myself, said he hadn't read my CV and proceeded to tear apart the deck that I'd spent time preparing, before ranting about how his company is so much better than anywhere else (without providing any indication as to why). It felt like being in a room with Charlie Sheen, really disappointing.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward; you get some time with a case study to review and prepare some points. It was primarily about checking savviness when it came to understanding business priorities and problem-solving. It was also about confidence and presentation skills.

Interview
Overall I had a great interview process with Horizon. I met initially with one of the founders on Zoom for a brief intro call. I then quickly was called back to come into the office for a case study interview, which I found challenging and interesting and made me excited about potentially working at the company. Immediately after I met with the rest of the team for a group interview, which was casual conversation more geared to making sure I was a good fit for the team. I had a call with the founders the next day for feedback and an offer, which I accepted.
