Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, and for the push on diversity--we absolutely have room to improve there. One of the things we are currently working on as a leadership team alongside the recruiting team is a process whereby we clarify what culture screening includes and entails and find ways to ensure that we actively seek out folks who are culturally additive (meaning they make our organization better with their input and ideas versus "fitting in") and that we are really clear about what is meaningful there (such as a willingness to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, the ability to be solve for our customers, etc) and what isn't (the school you attended, the music you listen to, etc) which can dovetail very quickly into solving for sameness versus hiring truly dynamic and diverse candidates to help us grow as a business.
