I sent my resume on a Sunday evening, received a response by Monday (day after) 4PM. No process. Just a prompted non-reply response called "follow up" from Greenhouse. No explanation why. Even if I was not the right candidate, at least some feedback or opportunity to ask questions would have been appreciated especially from a company who pretends to "care" and be sooo cool! Well that was not cool.
