I would say the interview process is 8/10, very smooth. It consists of two round: 1. Coding Task Homework. 2. On-site Halfday Interview. Good side: * Everything is setup very well. * Recruiter was very professional and helpful. * Interviewers were very nice. Something to improve: But in terms of the onsite interview. I understand the company wish the candidate themselves can drive the design process and show the depth of knowledge as much as possible, but sometimes just like two ways communication, if you ask someone say to design an addUser function, the candidate should informed when he / she should go deeper in design, because there always simple high level functional design versus deeper low level system design. Candidate should be given the clear level of difficulty of the question, so they know they need to go deeper in some area, eg performance, scalability etc. I think hubspot is a very good company, even I dont get the offer, but I really like the way they organize the interview.
