I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me to apply via email. They did not even bother to insert my name in the template that they sent. The position was that exact to my current role in another company.
Despite setting up the interview for the following day, they told me on the phone they essentially had the role filled already but to look out for another position on the careers page - going even further in suggesting roles I would not be interested in or furthermore qualified for.
Absolutely baffling. Why would you waste somebody's time?
Quite frankly if this is the way they hire, why would you work for the company.
Initial call, call with team leader, case study to present to team afterwards. Everyone was friendly and positive. They have lots of resources online to use as well to prepare for your call.
