It was an in depth process that took 6 rounds and included a mock sales call as well as conversations with several levels of managers. They also required that you read the culture guide and become HubSpot sales certified as a precursor to the interview process.

HR was 20 min late for the call and this was not professional from a big company like HubSpot. On the second stage, Hiring manager ( team manager) was so rude , the way he was asking the question and the way he was commenting on the answers wasn’t professional at all! You are having interviews with professional people, they have their own schedule and it’s hard to take a time off just to do the interview, so please show some respect, you should be thankful when people are applying to join your company or team. The interview was the worst experience so far. I would never join such a company.
