Interview
The process started with a phone interview, then a group of face-to-face interviews (6, 30 mins each) on one day, followed by another group of face-to-face interviews on another day. You meet with a number of individuals during the face-to-face interview process.

Describe a situation when things didn't go as planned with one of your clients, and what you did to overcome it.
Initial call, call with team leader, case study to present to team afterwards. Everyone was friendly and positive. They have lots of resources online to use as well to prepare for your call.

The last three rounds are considered as one and the evaluates the candidate on various aspects of company culture.
45-minute interview with HR person, followed by a 1-hour interview with the CSM Manager.All interviews will be conducted online.Before the HR meeting, you will receive a link to the culture code, which outlines their values and culture.
