The interview process was very transparent. The recruiter gives you a good idea of what the hiring manager is looking for and what the behavioral questions will be about. They want the answers in STAR format. Make sure to give enough detail about the experience before you show how it will help you as a BDR.

process was alright, interviewee was impatient and didn't try to see how my current bdr metrics were weighted differently than thier expectations, interviewee was a bid rude and judgy, felt like i couldve had better feedback on the cold call session.

the interview process was difficult as I got thrown heaps of objections and questions back to back but it is very normal in this industry. I should have prepared better and be ready to just fire out answers
