Thanks for taking the time to write a review and I'm sorry you felt that your application experience with us missed the mark. We get a high-volume of applications, so I will tell you than we do send an automated email to confirm we received your application, and then you would get another email if our team decided not to move forward to an interview. What I can also assure you is that a real live human reads through the resume of every single candidate that applies - either one of our recruiters, the hiring manager for the role, or both - and we care much more about the type of experience and impact someone has had in their career, not how long they have been in that career. While we can't provide individual feedback to the hundreds of applications we receive a day, I can assure you that our decision not to move forward was based on the skills-based requirements of the role. We also do keep your resume on file, and use our candidate database as a way to keep in touch with folks and see if there are other roles that may be a good fit in the future.
