I was not offered a position, unfortunately. The process: Initial phone interview (get to know you, establish analyst sector), Behavioral phone interview, Case study video/Zoom interview, and then on to the on-site interview, which I didn't get to. I did not make it past the case study interview. Be sure you communicate clearly and concisely with your answers/recommendations. Also, be prepared to write down the list of numbers in Excel to perform formula calculations. I asked for the list of numbers again after jotting them down on paper (and realizing the math would take way longer than with Excel) and they didn't like that. They said it did not and would not communicate confidence to a client. If you have a mental disability, like me, that may pose a barrier. For me, it also showed bias on the part of the company for someone who asked for a list of numbers again and confirmed them. The company does offer feedback, which was nice in that it provided some understanding/closure and an opportunity for professional development.
