Telephone interview call with a member of HR. Very friendly and felt like a conversation. Interviewer was understanding and asked questions across a broad range of topics. Didn't feel too pressured or stressful.

There were two online tests - numeracy and situational judgement - then one phone interview with HR and one video interview with two actuaries. The online tests functioned well and were relatively short. The interviews were both friendly, straightforward and reasonable.

Simple and structured behavioural questions assessing skills and experience. not much of technicals required, but good to know the business unit and passion for the role you're applying for. 2 interviewers in the virtual teams call, quite chill and relaxed setting.
