the process was very long and will only end in 3 weeks. Mai HR was very open and the video interviewers were friendly. In general a standard process for a large company. and due to covid everything took longer.

Tell me about yourself?,What are your goals? What are your greatest strengths?How do you handle stress and pressure?
Recruiting call to ask basic questions and discuss role responsibilities and salary range. Next came a virtual meeting with the manager and a potential colleague to gauge experience and knowledge level. Finally, there was a virtual meeting with a higher-up director to confirm discussions from past interviews.

First an interview with the recruiter and then two interviews with the director of the program (beneficial electrification in this case) and the role's direct report (program manager). A mix of behavioral and technical questions

They asked common question, like asking about my background, and some specific questions about my experiences regarding the requirements of the position. at the end they ask if I have any questions.
