First there was a phone interview, then a first round half hour interview, then a second round of 3 back to back half hour interviews, and then an Excel skills assessment.

Took a long time between multiple rounds of interviews and negotiations after receiving an offer. The recruiter was responsive, but it took extremely long from the first round of interview to the final offer letter.
