I had 3 rounds of interview. 1) Telephonic - About myself, reason for job change, Some technical questions about Power Bi and recruiter explained complete job profile. 2) Face to Face - Given some data and asked to prepare chars and calculation in power bi(Practical), Some questions about SQL, ETL process etc. 3)Architect - Onsite - Technical + Managerial. After all these rounds i was asked to provide pay slips and current offer from my current organisation but after this HR didn't responded for more than 2 weeks and later i was told that some other person also shortlisted for same position and he got less years of experience and they are taking him. Pathetic!!! then why they took 3 rounds of interview and collected documents from me? Very bad experience.
