I was told that there would be an HR telephonic interview followed by Online logical reasoning/IQ test Online Hardware/Software assignment On-site technical interviews (2-3times) Final interview with HR manager I had telephonic interview with HR personnel, didn't get any feedback from them. I believe its the end of the process for me, maybe its in IMC's work culture, neglect the candidate if its not of your interest. Would be nice if you may let the candidate know the results clearly because the candidates pay time and showed interest in your company. Please pay respect to them!
