Phone screen asking me why do I think I fit for this position, then there is no more follow up from the recruiter or hiring manager, not even an email folloup.
The interview process was smooth and the interviewers were very friendly, asked questions about my experience. Unfortunately I did not get a job and I did not get a feedback even after I asked for one.
