None, truly toxic. Remote working was the only good thing.
Cons
Bad company with bad management. Unfortunately, I have seen behind the curtain, they’re not treating the clients morally and it’s a money-grab scheme, with the revenue recovery team using private gmails to access client confidential information. For a management team that is supposedly PE backed and coming from top companies, they lack any commercial insight.
