Idea Couture interview questions

About half an hour long and questions were creative. I was interviewed by three people. Didn’t end up getting offered the position but the interview - and it’s odd to say - was quite interesting and not as basic as others I’ve had.

Attended many interviews with various combinations of people. Was asked to complete a work exercise and continued to interview about 3 more times. Nothing particularly challenging, but the process was never clear nor completed. Was offered the job without a defined salary and in the end, a final salary offer never came through. It was frustrating to say the least.
