set of exams and interviews regarding background, area of expertise, and many interpersonal skills questions. prior interview there was an psychology exam and relational exam which were quite easy but i kinda had to retake it
The interview process was 30 to 45 minutes questions askes on Java, SQL, React
Java -> Inheritance, Polymorphism, JDK, JRE, JVM, Code snippets on constructors, static keyword, sql query on group and order by and react useeffect hook

Interview is well organized and the interviewers are very friendly and patient to ask questions and listen to your voice. Mostly asking about your own experience and briefly explain on what technical skills you have. They will introduce again the job description first.
