Interview
I got an online interview, she asked me about my CV, my relevant experiences to the role. However the process took quite long, I emailed for the result but received no answer, which was quite upset.
"Your resume says 'expert in object detection.' Walk me through the most challenging detection bug you debugged, including the exact code you wrote to fix it."
Two rounds, both technical. One with a manager, one with a 'mentor' engineer. Not terribly difficult questions, mostly ask about the details of your projects and go deeper. Very impersonal, didn't see their faces and they didn't introduce themselves.

There were two interviews: first, a 30-minute online session to get to know the student, role, and team; second, an on-site meeting with the team discussing my CV and experience
