I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Info-Tech Research Group
Interview
Very conversational and casual until the final interview. Any sales professional with full cycle experience should be able to navigate the questions without too much difficulty.
Final interview felt quite intense. Anything you say be prepared to expand on. you will almost certainly be asked "why do you think that?" or " tell me more about what you meant by_____" in response to all of your answers.
I got the sense they were testing to
1) Ensure you actually know what you're talking about- confirm you're not just spewing buzz words that you cant explain in depth.
2) See how well you deal with the pressure of being asked to explain everything deeply
3)Evaluate how inquisitive you are. Ask them to expand on the things they say in return when its your turn to ask questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Info-Tech Research Group (London, ON) in Aug 2019
Interview
Chronological overview of resume, from university to present employment. Focus on roles, responsibilities, and results. Two experiences sales managers were also able to answer many of my questions in depth.
