I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2016
Interview
There was a lot of talking. They really didn't care about my previous experience. They just wanted to see how I held a conversation. It honestly felt like I was in a sorority. Everyone is young and good looking. They were super welcoming but it just didn't feel right for me.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
