Over my 30 year career as a Microsoft technologist, I've been through many interviews. My recent interview with Insight Global was the most pleasant and professionally conducted interview yet. I appreciated the respect I was shown and the focus on my previous experience, skills and references rather than being put through a rigorous series of whiteboard and online technical interviews.
