Interview starts very conversational, interviewer wants to know about your background, previous experience and then technical and soft skills. You will be asked why you think you will be a good fit for the job, be prepared to answer.
Sorority recruitment style, if you are charming and decently smart they invite you back - declined offer due to low salary and there was a bit of pressure to accept

Interview
Very sales focused want really pushy people. Seemed rushed and uninterested in the conversation. The questions were very basic and did not ask additional follow up questions after answers. TA was great and very responsive. One of the interviewers never even showed up.
