Difficult interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2017
Interview
1. Screening call 50% technical 50% behavioral.
2. On-site visit 30% technical 70% behavioral, with 1 hour PhD research presentation.
Excellent people who asked lots of great questions. Very slow on moving the process through HR so it took over a month to hear back on an offer.

Question 1
How do you deal with tight deadlines, especially when to you have to move past a disagreement with a teammate?
Very smooth and friendly. One with recruiter, then hiring manager called and finally a half a day with team. Since my job was process engineer, there was no test on the interview
Received a phone interview in mid-September, and received a notification for the next round of interviews a week later. presetation+7 interview. Received an oral offer a week later (end of September). Background check after a month and a half. Received offer in mid-November

Question 1
Any experience?Research experience?Expected annual salary?
The interview consisted of 8 hours of consecutive interviews in a very small conference room. I did have a lunch break, which was slightly more relaxed but was yet another interview. I was not shown where I might work if an offer was made and the site was not described at all.
