Very nice people to talk to. It started with detailed questions about my design experience with emphasis on problem solving. They wanted to know how I would work with the many challenges of layout and verification. Stress levels can get high and "How did I handle that?" becomes a very important question. We discussed the needs they had and whether or not I fit them.
