There were 6 online tests and a phone call that you have to pass in order to be invited for an interview, which lasts approximately 50-60 minutes with 2 pages of questions. It seems like a lot of effort but at the end it is worth it: the company can make sure you have the required skills for your role, and you can make sure you and your co-workers are good enough for the job.
