Interview
It's a longer than normal interview process, but it provides an opportunity for you to learn and meet with many colleagues. They're looking for the right, long-term fit. You will need to be prepared to present to a team of colleagues your skills and how you'd add value to the organization. The organization believes in direct communication. It's mostly a virtual company, so you would need to make a larger effort to collaborate.
