Phone screen with one HR interviewer followed by strange email from different HR person describing completely different role, followed by being ghosted by both interviewers. This has happened to me twice in about three years with Intercom, so either it's a way to exclude a candidate without telling them, or it's an indication their HR pipeline and processes are in a bit of a mess.

Mostly structured. Unfortunately the talent team is just ghosting candidates. Not respectful of our time. Even after many emails there has been no reply which is very disrespectful either they filled the role or not.

Screener followed by a Virtual On-site. Technical management 45 mins and People Management 45 mins
People Management was the standard back and forth on experience and how you handle situations. The Technical Management interview revolved around a hypothetical scenario. This is not flagged in the prep guide you get from hiring so be prepared for it unlike me!
