A few one to one rounds with senior leaders, before progressing to a presentation in response to a business question. Friendly people, transparent process, scheduling took a bit of time.

How will you adapt your working style to this role, having come from a much smaller company?
TA screen, hiring manager virtual, team members virtual, final in person presentation and interview with hiring manager and SL leads. Whole process took more than 4 months from start to finish...
Line manager/HR chat then 2 x 121 interviews, 1 panel presentation with a brief to prepare. Friendly people, open discussion. Rigorous enough to make sure I could do the job but felt like a two way street of me learning about the org and the role too.
