After a skype interview and psychometric tests, the main assessment day ran as follows:
(i) About 90 minutes prep for a 10m presentation.
(ii) 60m interview, very competency based, focused on Ipsos' key values.
(iii) ~60m group exercise

Application form of 3 questions, Arctic Shores psychometric tests, recruiter interview and assessment centre. It's done on a blind basis. Pretty straightforward as interview processes go and you were regularly updated on your application.
