I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J P Research (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Was brought in by a recruiter for an in person interview with 3 people; the account manager, president and the CEO.
They were looking for "Senior project manager" with litigation support expertise, but on the interview they were clearly looking for a different role. The account manager thinks so high of herself and would not consider your answers, also quoted alot of hateful stuff about her coworkers and bosses, which was completely inappropriate for an interview. She made a comment on my resume in connection with the position that "this is not the company where you can jump into different titles"
- for the record I had different titles with my previous job but all those promotions I had was all hard earned.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at J P Research (Pune) in May 2015
Interview
Long aptitude test consisting of several tests having different time limits. some basic technical questions related to strength of materials were asked. scene diagram was also included in the test. post and pre accident photos were shown and based on that we were supposed to draw the scenario in which the accident had occured.
