Very poor and unprofessional process. To make it worse, the COO emailed me to set up a time to chat. She asked ME to call her. In my line of work, if you are setting the appointment, you have to call the client or candidate. The COO was also not prepared for the call. She couldn’t find the notes from the recruiter or my resume. I had to send my resume to her. She asked for my name THREE TIMES! After some fidgeting on her end, she said she needed to review my resume and call me back. A word of advice. Don’t waste people’s time. Be prepared. Train your recruiters. Learn how to use an ATS system. I would not recommend working with this organization.
