Online assessment then in person assessment centre consisting of case study on mobile phone and interview with specific team members of the team. Interviews had two employees and one interviewee

Tell us about a time where you had to manage overwork.
Submitted CV and did an online assessment and then in person interview with two people. Mainly asked behavioural questions, as well as a tell me about yourself/motivational question. They were very nice and chill!
Once past the assesment centre questions are non-technical with more of a focus on cultural fit for the firm & future aspirations within the firm & industry. Can have up to three rounds of interviews.
