Interview
It took quite long time over all. First I had an interview with another legal counsel from another city and the director of the office I would had worked at. Between those two interviews I completed three tests regarding personality, verbal and numeric skills.

They asked my back ground, why do I want to work in exact that company and how would I react to certain situations.
Il colloquio consiste si articola in due o più (massimo 3) incontri in cui viene indagata l’esperienza pregressa e valutata sommariamente l’effettiva competenza nella materia richiesta. Superati i primi due colloqui, si svolgete l’ultimo con il soggetto con cui si lavorerà e viene presentato un caso pratico al fine di indagare l’effettiva attitudine all’attività da svolgere. Il processo di selezione si dipana in circa 2 mesi.

Very hasty.
Interviews were set up within an hour by HR. And the interviewer were unhappy that we are going unprepared for the interview. The consultancy firm keeps following up.
