Interview
After 2/3 phone calls concerning my appropriate working schedule and cv questioning, I got invited to an interview in Brussels, Diegem. Interview was first with someone from HR about my cv and then a senior manager about some business cases
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
