Son muy amenos. Su departamento de recursos humanos es súper atento, eficiente y amable a pesar de tener tanta carga de trabajo. Aceptan preguntas y las contestan. Su parte de la capacitación es excelente.

Quick phone interview/screening. Ask if you have high volume call center experience. Not so much an interview as it is screening. Basically describe the job description back to you and ask if you have previous experience and if you feel comfortable with the duties.
