Pretty laid back... they're not going to be quick to turn down substitute teachers because there's already a shortage. On top of that, the interviews are generally done on a group basis. (20-30 people might come on one day, and the staff get through all of their interviews on one day)

It was pretty simple. Group setting. Focused on appearance and then followed up with testing on information provided. Included several email interactions and required a background check. Company representative was nice and responsive.

They asked how I would handle a situation where the teacher had not provided class instructions/materials for the day.
Quick and easy. It was simple questions like how would you support a teacher in a classroom. The interview was on the phone the process that’s long is getting clearances
