There is no interview. I submitted the application and was invited for a phone screen. They explained about the role (hours, responsibilities, etc.) on the phone but didn't ask me any question.

Interview
Total in 2 round, HR call first, from MC teams, about 20 min. Then with a follow up assessment. Pass the assessment HR will call again to discussion the work details and offer details.
The interviewer was professional, direct and straightforward. Provided me with good follow up information and instructions. She was very helpful and pleasant to talk to, gave an general overview of the tasks and procedures of the company in which I was going to be working.

Pay is $ 23 CAD/hr, fixed hours. Training paid $17CAD/hr
