Recruiter contacted me, immediate phone call followed with Kforce, Then In person the following week.

Interview
First you do an online test to see how your mind works sales wise. Second, you will do a phone screen. Lastly, you will do an in person and if things go well, they will bring you back in to shadow some people while they make calls.

3 Interviews - phone, in person, and with the team. The interview process is long, it could be a couple weeks to a couple months depending on how urgent the need is for them at that time. They tend to continuously interview for some teams to have resources possibly available, or if they do a mass interview within a day or two then they will interview 25+ people for a couple positions. Its a in depth process.
