A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn so I had a phone call with her then went in for an interview. I was there for 2.5 hours and talked to 4 different managers. It went extremely well and we even began negotiating what it would take for me to accept a position with Kforce. It ended with one of the managers asking for me to contact her the next day with my thoughts on moving forward so I did, she was busy and said she would call me the following day. Not a problem at all, however it has been almost 3 weeks and I never heard back. I decided it wasn't quite what I was looking for but it is extremely unprofessional to have never been followed up with by a single person - especially after I sacrificed half a work day to interview at Kforce.

1st interview was by phone, in person included a round of 2 managers, same day a third person interviewed then returned to do the 3rd stage with 3 more people.
