Easy straightforward process. A phone screen with the recruiter to determine/validate my experience and credentials, then had interviews setup with companies the next week. The entire process from initial connection with Kforce to day 1 start was ~4 - 5 weeks.

Clear, Concise and Transparent - I met with the recruiter initially and for all job assignments my background was used to obtain specific assignments. KForce looks at experience and does not focus on a battery of skills test.
the recruiter reached out to me about the position and sent my resume to the other company for a phone interview. in few days the other company called me and interviewed for around 20 minutes.
