Interview
I had a phone interview with KForce to verify skills and get offer papers signed for a specific position. Then the company where they anticipated placing me took me through their interview process. It was all done over the telephone. During the phone interview the hiring manager and a SME asked me a series of question about my background and experience.
Very typical of recruiting companies. They reach out with great enthusiasm, only to ghost you after a few initial calls.
No follow ups, and complete radio silence.
Stay away if there are other options available.
