I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Konrad Group
Interview
The interview process was simple and made sense, starts with an initial phone call to get to know you, then they interview for technical knowledge and finally they give you case to complete and present to seniors. They seem friendly and helpful but take ages to get back to you about your progress. It is very frustrating to have to wait weeks before you hear back about next steps
First you have to fill out an online application with a cover letter, and then someone from HR will reach out to you for an initial screening interview. From there, you speak to other members of the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Konrad Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Three rounds, two behavioral one case interview. Overall process takes a long time, the case study takes 3 hours to complete and an hour for the presentation. All interviews are done in their downtown office.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Konrad Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Went to interview for the position in Toronto. A majority of the interview wasn't spent on my experience, but rather on random questions. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I've never heard back. A simple email saying I was not selected for the next round would have been appreciated.
