I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Konrad Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
First round was simple behavioral question, tech specific question and market sizing.
Design Thinking Challenge round was to make a slidedeck in 3 hours for a complex business challenge and to present it the next day. Suggest covering all bases and making a finished slidedeck first rather than worrying about aesthetics - plan accordingly.
