Nach ca. 2 Monaten bekam ich ein Telefoninterview. Da ging es eigentlich nur um Gehalt und Verfügbarkeit. Dann bekam ich ein Link für ein Lese Verständnis Test. Ich habe den wohl knapp (1 Frage) nicht bestanden und kam deshalb nicht mehr weiter im Prozess. Ich empfinde dies als sehr unprofessionell, da Rekrutieren wohl nicht nur mit Leseverständnis zu tun hat.

Es wurden nur Fragen über Gehalt und Verfügbarkeit gestellt. Alles andere schien unwichtig zu sein. Ich empfand die ganze Sache als sehr unpersönlich.
Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there.
Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time.
Told me they would get back to me and never did.

All are professional from initial interview up to final interview. On time, friendly atmosphere and feedback was received on the time they promised, great office environment and assisted candidates all throughout the process.
