Tedious, repetitive, unstructured and totally unprofessional. Appalling given the nature of their consultancy. Read the reviews and speak to people in the industry about their reputation before you bother
wasting your precious time applying and interviewing.

Really basic patronising questions - clearly they lack experience in interviewing
very quick, only 2 stages surprisingly. colloquial style, quite simple and straightforward questions. I get the sense that half the battle is to get on with the hiring manager. Quite easy.
1st conversation with the HR Business Partner
2nd conversation with a panel of hiring managers
3rd conversation shortlisted to meet another panel of hiring managers.
Got a good understanding of the organisation and the role applied.
Was brief on the interview process.
Interview was done in a professional and respectful way.

the interview process was good. they are a large company and were timely with good questions. i don't know what else to say - this is ridiculous Glassdoor - you are forcing me to add words to get to a minimum level
